Hanifmr.com - This article shows different ways to finally find the right idea for self-employment.
In my experience, most ideas come from everyday problems or from experiences that change your perspective on certain things.
The following article also explains what constitutes good ideas and presents various ways of implementing an idea.

This step will inevitably always be at the beginning of your path. You need to be clear about what product (or service) you can add value with that people are willing to pay for.
The easiest way to add value is to solve people's problems. The problem has to be serious enough (so that you are willing to spend money on the solution) and it has to have a corresponding market potential (so that you can also make money).
Here are some examples of problems and their solutions:
- I'm too lazy to cook something and don't want to leave the house. | Food delivery service (e.g. Lieferando, Lieferheld, etc.); Ready meals to warm up in the microwave
- I don't have any money, but I can't / don't want to take a normal job. I've heard that it's easy to make money on the internet. | E-books on the topic of “Getting rich on the Internet in just 2 weeks”; high-quality blogs (e.g. SiN, smartpassiveincome.com, etc.)
- I have problems with my eyes and can no longer see well. | Glasses; Contact lens; surgery
As you can see, there are all sorts of problems, but also different solutions to them.
Identify Solvable Problems
We encounter problems every day in normal life, you just have to keep your eyes open.
For example, I wanted to make an appointment with my hairdresser by phone. But there it was occupied several times, which annoyed me at some point. Then I came up with the idea of an app/platform that could be used to book an appointment.
The hairdresser would have the competitive advantage that you can easily book with them and I would receive a low monthly fee for using my platform. Since there are quite a few hairdressers in Germany, this idea would have a lot of potentials.
After thinking about it for a moment, however, I decided not to pursue this idea any further (too little time, high sales costs, difficulty to protect against misuse of the booking system, etc.).
At the doctor's, the sometimes long waiting times bother me. Here you could certainly also make an app/platform that I can use to make an appointment with the doctor and see how long the waiting time is so that I can just come to the appointment later and not sit in the waiting room pointless. This is of course only a rough idea with many weaknesses, but you could certainly think it through more precisely.
So you can see that such opportunities arise in everyday life when you walk through the world with open eyes. As soon as something does not suit you or seems awkward, try to find a solution in your mind.
If you get used to this and do it regularly, you will surely come up with an idea at some point that can be implemented.
Find Inspiration
The inspiration for our thin wallet came to me during my semester abroad in America.
Even in Germany, I was bothered by the fact that my wallet always leaves a visible bulge in my trouser pocket (especially since the trend is now towards tighter jeans) and that it is uncomfortable when sitting.
In America, I discovered numerous innovative wallets that circumvent exactly these disadvantages. It quickly became clear to me that I was certainly not the only one with this problem and that I should test whether such a thin wallet could be sold in Germany.
In the meantime, an online shop has emerged from this idea, which has developed into my largest and most successful online project to date within four weeks.
In general, I think that inspiration can often be found abroad. So you can easily import products that have proven themselves there to Germany or even produce them yourself (note intellectual property!).
During my stay in America, of course, I also tested numerous fast-food restaurants. I was particularly impressed by Panda Express. With a simple system (you can put your food together individually), visitors are offered a large selection of variations.
In Germany, I am not aware of any major fast-food chain for Asian dishes and I immediately thought that Panda Express would have to be successful in Germany as well. Of course, you need a lot of start-up capital for this, but I am convinced that it would work here.
I am also convinced that the doner kebab can prevail in America. In all of California, I have only been able to eat a kebab once (in San Diego for $ 8.50; the restaurant was very busy). The initial investments are still high, but significantly lower than with Panda Express.
For a short time, I toyed with the idea of working for a time at a German kebab shop (to be able to make a super delicious kebab) and then going to America and renting a small food truck. Who knows, maybe I'll be doing this in a few months or years.
There are certainly countless examples of (good) business ideas like this. A former classmate of mine saw an interesting concept for a bar in Barcelona and has now successfully implemented it with his family in Nuremberg.
Conclusion
You see, there are more than enough problems that lead to good business ideas. The only thing to do is to quickly check his idea of whether people are willing to pay money for it.
It is not even necessary to find a niche through hours of keyword research that is not yet completely overcrowded. The best ideas can usually be found simply in everyday problems or through experiences in other countries.
If you really can't find any business ideas but are convinced that you will start your own business, ideas can also be found or bought online. There are several blogs here that specialize in the topic of business ideas.
